The Lynn Davis Legacy Fund: Lead. Give. Make a Difference.

The Lynn Davis Legacy Fund

Lynn Davis has been with Carroll County Youth Service Bureau since 1983. She even served as one of CCYSB’s first interns while obtaining her master’s degree to become a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). For the last 24 years, Lynn has served as our agency’s Executive Director and Secretary of the Board.

This summer, Lynn will retire, leaving a legacy that will be unmatched.

During her tenure at CCYSB, Lynn strengthened the agency’s continuum of community-based mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families by integrating substance use and evidence-based treatment programs into the agency’s practice.

To recognize Lynn’s dedication to CCYSB, we have created a new fund … The Lynn Davis Legacy Fund … which will provide support for CCYSB’s programs and various needs that are near and dear to Lynn Davis’ heart.

Lynn demonstrates great leadership, which inspires her team of employees to accomplish amazing things for the betterment of our community. She embodies sincere enthusiasm and passion for our organization and its mission, which is contagious. She recognizes staff accomplishments, possesses a generous spirit, and has strong passion and commitment to the Carroll County Community.

We will miss seeing her daily at CCYSB, and she will NEVER be forgotten! Please support this new fund, helping us to make our part of the world a better place.

A Message to the Community

On Friday, May 5th, a significant ‘water event’ rendered our facility unusable and we are temporarily closed to the public. Unfortunately, we will not be offering OPEN ACCESS services at this time. However, community-based services and telehealth will occur, as able. We will update the public as to the re-opening of our Open Access program and the facility once repairs have been made. We thank you for your understanding and support during this time.
