Our agency is pleased to offer Open Access Services.
Beginning your recovery or mental health journey doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. We offer TWO convenient ways to complete your initial referral and paperwork process.
In response to recent changes in external program funding, CCYSB is proactively restructuring our Open Access model. By shifting our focus toward streamlined phone intakes and dedicated paperwork hours, we are optimizing our staff resources to ensure our community still has a clear, reliable path to care. Our updated process ensures that every individual seeking help receives immediate assistance with their initial entry paperwork and a guaranteed clinical assessment slot scheduled within 1 week.
OPTION 1: Call Our Referral Line (Recommended)
Skip the commute and complete your initial intake from the comfort of home. We have increased our dedicated referral staffing to ensure more live calls are answered directly.

Referral Availability: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. (Voicemail messages may be left between 4:00pm and 8:30am or on weekends; a coordinator will return your call during business hours.)
OPTION 2: Visit During Walk-In Paperwork Hours
(Beginning July 1, 2026)
If you would prefer face-to-face assistance navigating your initial intake documents, you can visit our clinic during our designated walk-in hours starting July 1st. A member of our team will sit with you to guide you through the initial referral process.
Tuesdays: 8:30am – 11:00am AND 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Wednesdays: 12:00pm – 2:00pm

Our 1-Week Commitment to Connecting You to Care:
Regardless of whether you call or walk in, once your initial paperwork and referral are complete, a comprehensive clinical assessment slot will be offered within 1 week, and an assessment will be scheduled.

What to Expect Post Assessment:
Your comprehensive behavioral health assessment will be conducted by a licensed therapist. Following your session, you will receive tailored clinical recommendations within 3 days. Based on program availability, treatment options within CCYSB will be offered, or our team will actively assist you in finding the appropriate level of care and local resources to fit your needs.

Please Note regarding Same-Day Assessments:
To optimize our clinical staff hours under our current funding structure, same-day assessments are no longer guaranteed. They will only be offered on a first-come, first-served basis if an opening occurs due to a scheduling cancellation.
