Carroll County Youth Service Bureau is located at 59 Kate Wagner Road in Westminster, Maryland.   We are close to Routes 97 & 32, at the intersection of Washington Road and Kate Wagner Road.

HOURS:
CCYSB is open Monday-Thursday 8:30am-8pm; Friday 8:30 am-4pm; hours vary on HOLIDAYS.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:
In case of inclement weather, please call 410-848-2500 and press four (4) for a recorded message concerning late openings or closings. Often, the agency follows Carroll Community College for inclement weather closings, but this is not always the case.
