Carroll County Youth Service Bureau is located in Westminster, Maryland, close to major routes 97 & 32, at the intersection of Washington Road and Kate Wagner Road.

HOURS:
CCYSB is open Monday-Thursday 8:30am-8pm; Friday 8:30 am-4pm; hours vary on HOLIDAYS.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:
In case of inclement weather, please call 410-848-2500 and press four (4) for a recorded message concerning late openings or closings. Often, the agency follows Carroll Community College for inclement weather closings, but this is not always the case.

If you are in need of services, please call the referral line 410-848-2500, option #1 so that we may assist you. You are welcome to stop in for information about our agency at any time during our workday.
